We are looking for OPD Coordinator of HJ Hospitals.
Inspect all OPD rooms to ensure cleanliness & availability of materials.
Inventory management of OPD materials.
Deployment and ensure availability of medical sufferers.
OPD Coordination for consultations.
Ensure monitoring of OPD TAT.
Handle OPD patient's queries.
Ensure confidentiality and integrity of patient during OPD consultations.
Ensure availability of consultation on time.
Reporting all adverse events as incident form.
Ensure OPD data is being stored and locked securely.
Physical verification of OPD materials periodically (Preferably in every week)
Motivate patients for appointments for follow up visits.
Help OPD manager/Operation manager in OPD to diagnostics and IPD conversions.
