Nous intervenons à la fois sur des périmètres Métiers, Techniques et Opérationnels. Notre groupe affiche un effectif de plus de 300 collaborateurs disponibles et mobiles.

Nous sommes structuré autour de Quatre Pôles :

• Le Consulting et Assistance à Maîtrise d'Ouvrage (MOA, AMOA) dédié Banques, Finance, Assurances.
• L’ingénierie applicative (La maîtrise d'œuvre de projets informatiques (MOE), Ingénierie de développement, TMA, TRA, …)
• La production et les infrastructures (Ingénierie, Assistance Technique infogérance, architecture systèmes et réseaux, sécurité, cyber sécurité , Digital…)
• L’Informatique Décisionnelle et BIG DATA (Architecture(Avant-vente/POC/ Pilotage Projet) , Développement, Expertise (Hadoop,NoSQL, …))

MISSION
Cyber Defense organization has been created in 2018. The aim is to execute the strategy defined by
Group Security and deliver Cyber products to the entities.
The Product & Services department is responsible for creating and updating the product roadmap,
managing the operations of the security products, in addition to enhancing product capabilities to meet
entity requirements.
The Digital Hub is the tool used to manage the digital presence ecosystem. It allows entities to manage
the lifecycle of their digital assets (including websites, mobile applications, social media pages, redirects
and domains) with the aim to protect the group and its brand.
In order to strengthen the Digital Hub team, Cyber Defense is looking for a Business Analyst. As part of
the team managing the tool’s product evolutions and support, the person would work in close
relationship with the product owner on the below topics
-Tool evolutions – providing support to Product Owner to :
• Organize and run workshops with tool stakeholders
• Write specifications and prioritize them in a backlog
• Perform tests in pre-prod and production environments
• Communicate changes to end-users
-Tool support
• Run onboarding sessions for new users of the tool
• Handle level 2 incidents related to functionality issues escalated by level 1: investigate and
diagnose incident, perform resolving actions and / or reassign to development team and followup on the actions to ensure resolution is provided to end-users in a timely manner
• Handle level 2 requests related to the tool functionalities or data
• Document level 1 support processes
-Tool and processes awareness
• Planning and deploying change management actions to increase awareness of the tool among
the group

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or Bachelor degree in
Business Administration but with past experience in the technology area
Certification
• ITIL certification would be desirable but is not essential
• Information Security and/or Information Technology industry certification (CISSP, CISA, CISM,
GIAC or equivalent) would be desirable but is not essential
Overall work experience in the field:
Prior experience as Business Analyst, Product Owner, Project Manager or on Service Delivery processes
Ideally previous experience in a customer-facing position, but no mandatory
