- To develop, implement and oversee the organization's resilience program, ensuring it aligns with business objectives,
- To ensure operational resilience by identifying potential disruptions to services and mitigate the impact on customers, reputation and financial stability,
- To implement operational resilience best practices across the organization,
- To maintain a high standard of resilience in line with ISO22301 standards,
- To conduct risk assessments and develop disaster recovery strategies,
- To ensure the continuity of critical operations and services during disruptive incidents,
- To provide training and awareness sessions for employees on resilience practices and procedures,
- To coordinate and manage incident response during disruptive events,
- To conduct periodic reviews and audits to ensure compliance with ISO22301 standards,
- To work collaboratively with various teams to ensure understanding and implementation of resilience strategies,
- To report on resilience activities and initiatives to senior management
Profile recherché
Expertise required:
- Certification in business administration, Risk Management or a related field,
- Certified in ISO22301 is a must,
- Proven expertise as a resilience officer or similar role in risk management,
- In-depth expertise of risk management and operational resilience concepts and strategies,
- Strong expertise of ISO22301 standards and requirements,
- Expertise in problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively in a crisis,
- Excellent communication in English and training skills,
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning skills.
Other expertise as a plus:
- Ability to understand and assess complex systems quickly,
- Strong leadership expertise,
- High-level strategic and operational thinking
