MCS permet d’assurer avec efficience et efficacité le traitement des demandes particulières et des consultations, la saisie des commandes, la gestion des réclamations ainsi que la planification des interventions et le support technique à distance.

The BI Analyst is responsible for accurate and timely sales forecasting & commercial reporting to the various regional- and country-managers, functional leaders as well as to the EMEA Leadership team.

More specifically, the BI Analyst will:

• Drive the sales forecasting process through trend analysis, flow predictions, pipeline / opportunity management and opportunity & risk collection ;
• Prepare weekly & monthly sales performance reviews, create & provide templates and consolidate inputs into single (P&L specific) reports ;
• Provide periodic, detailed reporting on sales performance, with comparisons, trends and various break-downs (e.g. by region, customer, product, salesperson, etc.) ;
• Provide miscellaneous commercial reporting to support the sales operation ;
• Suggest relevant metrics and drive consistency across the regions (e.g. major wins, pro-express reports, won/lost ratios, customer service metrics, etc.) ;
• Work together with the finance teams to provide relevant metrics like margin and profitability to the commercial organization ;
• Consolidate commercial, financial and other functional reporting into single, monthly reporting packages by region, and ensure consistency in reported information ;
• Assist the GM’s and Sales Directors in the preparation of periodic & ad-hoc commercial reviews and presentations; ensure data and format consistency ;
• Drive various business intelligence initiatives by collecting market & segment data and translating this into actionable inputs for the sales teams.

You will be a great fit on our team if:

• Master degree or engineer in Data Management or finance;
• SAP experience in finance area ;
• Proven experience in data domains (data analyst, data scientist or similar position);
• Experience working in a lean / agile development environment with remote teams;
• English proficiency (written and oral);
• Strong oral and written communication skills;
• Flexible;
• Team spirit;
• Interest in using Digital Technology.
