We're looking for a Back office project management data centre (H/F) for our partner Carrier who is a leading provider of heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems, building controls and automation, and fire and security systems leading to safer, smarter, sustainable and high-performance buildings. Carrier is the world’s leader in high-technology heating, air-conditioning and refrigeration solutions.

What will you be doing?

• Support in execution planning and implementation of data centre projects
• Cooperation with the technical project management for smooth and timely processing of the contracts to be executed with partial electrical, control engineering and hydraulic order parts as well as focus on the processing and dispatch of the contractual documentation
• Independent coordination of relevant interfaces to other departments (laboratory, factory, service, controls, support, etc.)
• Joint project monitoring and reporting to internal management (project goals, milestones, costs, quality)
• Checking the documentation created with the documents already shared with the customer
• Responsibility for ensuring and adhering to the calculation basis, the ongoing control of project costs and the provision report in the event of overruns
• Organising necessary and regular project meetings to the extent required
• Organisation of short meetings after customer meetings with documentation of open points and creation of task lists

Qualifications :

• Commercial training with an affinity for technical matters
• Knowledge and experience in technical project management
• Ideally knowledge of project management for larger projects, ideally in the area of data centres
• Independent, goal-orientated and analytical way of working as well as a high degree of implementation and assertiveness
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office
