Poste
Role mission: To oversee the standardization, operation and administration of the Housekeeping department of each existing hotel in the country.
Responsibilities
• It is the responsibility of the Regional Housekeeping Manager to implement and supervise compliance with all procedures established in the department.
• Verify at all times compliance with the cleaning and standards for Public Areas, Rooms,
• Laundry and Floral Services established in the Iberostar America Hotel Manuals.
• It is the responsibility of the Regional Housekeeping Manager to perform her duties as described in the manual.
• It is the responsibility of the Regional Operations Director and Area Corporate Management to ensure that the established functions are known and fulfilled
Profile recherché
- Education: Advanced training in Hospitality
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the hotel sector
- Languages: Strong command of the Spanish language is required
