To enforce our team, we are looking to hire a Shopper Marketing Manager, Global Business Development.

Full-time working hours, with flexible schedule & frequent travelling agenda.

8+ years of working experience with direct experience from FMCG industry is a Must

The position of Shopper Marketing Manager, Global Business Development aims to develop and define Trade Marketing long and short-term opportunities and strategies in category development to achieve volume and net sales targets.

Responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Develop overall category vision and identify long and short-term growth opportunities in each market;
  • Consolidate and approve promo plans in the markets to ensure AOP numbers reach;
  • Lead in determining and executing strategic category captainships including setting the relevant process, timings and deliverables;
  • Determine priorities on Category management projects per account in order to ensure the implementation of the most profitable ones in the markets;
  • Develop & improve promo strategy and recommendations across all markets and retail channels;
  • Active participation in Sales forecast/Demand reviews for the markets, externally and internally;
  • Conduct/Refresh shopper research in order to ensure that shopper insight understanding is always up to date and provide input to development team and sales team to grow the market /customer plan and business share;
  • Drive volume and profit objectives as well as market share growth;
  • Maintain relevant trade marketing budget in line with AOP ;
  • Collate & interpret market data to ensure the company’s growth market share and that the market penetration are ahead of trend;
  • Collaborate with Business Development Manager, Marketing Manager and all internal team to ensure the success of business strategies;
  • Cross-functional liaison to ensure all relevant functions are aware of key strategies within clear, consistent communication, breaking down complexity.
Profile recherché

Required Experience:

  • 8 years of confirmed international experience in Trade Marketing/ Brand marketing/ Business development/Channel Development/ Consumer & Retail Sales.
  • Definite confirmation of success in a customer, FMCG industry facing role with good knowledge of Marketing, selling process & Finance.
  • Ability to understand key business functions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills within proficiency to understand linkage with data analysis, presentation capabilities, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Cross-cultural sensitive personality with ability to work independently.
  • Good command of English and computer skills.
  • Solid understanding of a P&L/Value chain approach both from an internal management view and external analysis of partner performance.
