What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?
- Oversee daily financial transactions, including payments, collections and transfers.
- Optimize cash management processes to ensure efficient use of funds.
- Perform in-depth financial analyzes to anticipate future cash flow needs.
- Develop accurate cash flow forecasts and regular reports.
- Identify and assess financial risks related to exchange rates, interest rates and market fluctuations.
- Implement hedging strategies to minimize the impact of identified risks.
- Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and negotiate optimal financial conditions.
- Regularly evaluate banking services to ensure their suitability for business needs.
- Prepare detailed financial reports to provide a clear view of the cash position.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and implement compliant internal procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve treasury-related processes.
- Implement innovative solutions to increase operational efficiency.
Profile recherché
- You have a Bac+5 Master's degree/Diplôme de Grande Ecole/Business school in finance, accounting, management or a related field and significant experience of at least 5 years in similar roles.
- Mastery of cash management tools and systems.
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
- In-depth knowledge of financial instruments and markets.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English required
