Poste

Training Operations:

  • Implement various training projects, including venue selection, venue setup, training notification dissemination, participant tracking, instructor arrangements, on-site training maintenance, post-training satisfaction surveys, training effectiveness evaluations, and improvement plan development.
  • Independently conduct training needs analysis; assist in compiling annual training needs plans and budgets; assist in establishing competency models and training maps; assist in setting up online learning platforms and developing micro-courses.

Course Management:

  • Design course needs analysis and course outlines, develop training courses, and deliver lectures.

Instructor Management:

  • Select and negotiate with external suppliers; select, train, and certify internal instructors.

Other:

  • Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
Profile recherché
  • Bachelor's degree or above, major unspecified.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training module work.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR-related professional knowledge, methodologies, and tools relevant to the position, as well as familiarity with professional knowledge in another specific area.
  • Understanding of relevant knowledge in the training field, such as the characteristics of corporate training and adult learning. Understanding of tools and methods in the training field, such as the ISD tool for training needs and the ADDIE model for course development.
  • Training needs management, course development and delivery, training operation management.
  • Communication skills, problem-solving skills, general management skills.
