As a Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for:
- Responsible for TAG Functions & Skills Management across the Delivery units and Geographies
- Work along with recruitment team to fulfil vacancies through the most beneficial source of recruitment with a keen focus on meeting timelines, minimizing costs and improve quality of hire;
- Improving effectiveness of Direct hiring channels & Responsible for Partner management
- Responsible for managing all phases of Resource operations such as forecasting, scheduling, monitoring volumes while adjusting the resources to business objectives.
- Track & maintain - Billing adherence, Cost per hiring , revenue, profitability, and utilization numbers across multiple programs/Delivery Units.
- Responsible for GTM strategy for niche skills
- Influencing & managing direct cost through maintenance of pyramid
- Responsible to participate & present resourcing progress & status in Management Review Meetings.
- Oversee fulfilment & mobilization of Resource requirements proactively.
- Maintain a healthy in-flow of freshers into the system to balance the cost of external hires and to ensure resource rotation in teams and manage attrition scenarios.
- Track the training of fresher’s/laterals to build capacity for future projects through Delivery/Practice Owners and Training Team
- Track and execute resource hiring plan and hiring requests as per the revenue plan, done at the start of the year and based on continuous updates to this plan from the QoQ revenue/resource rolling forecasts
Profile recherché
- Master's degree in Human Resources;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, including 3 years in IT recruitment;
- Proven experience in team management;
- Very good level of French and Advanced level of English;
- Recognized for professionalism, performance, communication skills, and leadership;
- Organized, autonomous, and dynamic;
