As a Systems Administrator Junior, your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Provide front-line support for all end users using DOQ tools
- Responsible for offering French support to end users and translating documentation
- Administrate DOQ applications
- Troubleshoot issues with DOQ applications, pipeline failures, broken deployments, and other issues impacting developers
- Team involvement in continuous improvement of all processes and applications
Profile recherché
Profile main requirements (must have qualifications) :
- DevOps experience ( experience in Jira, Confluence, Gitlab, Artifactory, Ansible Tower, and Sonarqube preferred but not mandatory. Similar technologies experience considered an asset)
- Server System Administration ( experience with Red Hat Linux and Windows server. Experience with Nginx, haproxy, Apache Tomcat, and similar technologies considered an asset)
- Fully Bilingual in French ( Fully bilingual in written and spoken French )
- Document Management ( Ability to document technical aspects accurately and promptly to ensure documentation is not outdated )
