Supplier Quality Engineer Contrat : CDI

COBCO est née en 2023 d´une joint-venture entre le Groupe Chinois CNGR, leader mondial en production des matériaux pour batteries électriques, et le Groupe AL MADA l’un des plus grands fonds d’investissements à capitaux privés de la scène panafricaine.

La société COBCO développe un parc industriel á Jorf Lasfar, destiné á la fabrication des composants de batteries pour véhicules électriques . Ce parc industriel, logé sur une superficie de plus de 200 hectares et totalisant un investissement de 20 milliards de dirhams d´investissements, prévoit de produire á terme, 120000 tonnes de précurseurs NMC, 60000 tonnes de composants LFP et 30000 tonnes de black mass par an.

COBCO produira ainsi des matériaux pour batteries pour plus d´un million de véhicules électriques par an.

• Lead the first certification audit management system audit for new suppliers (quality, health, safety);
• Responsible for preparing the initial certification audit report for new suppliers, and following up on the response and verification of the improvement report for new suppliers;
• Responsible for confirming the compliance of the supplier admission OA process (including supplier basic information, material certification reports, etc.).

Qualified Supplier Audit:

• Responsible for preparing the annual audit plan;
• Responsible for conducting supplier system audits according to the audit plan and audit checklist, and issuing audit reports;
• Responsible for responding, following up, and verifying improvement measures for non conformities in supplier audits.

Performance Evaluation of Qualified Suppliers:

• Responsible for updating and maintaining the performance evaluation model for qualified suppliers;
• Responsible for compiling and maintaining a qualified supplier performance evaluation ledger (including quarterly and annual);
• Responsible for collecting supplier performance evaluation data (quarterly);
• Responsible for publishing supplier performance evaluation data and collecting feedback opinions.

Supplier Quality Improvement Management:

• Responsible for organizing quality training for suppliers;
• Responsible for providing feedback, tracking, and confirming improvement effects of abnormal incoming materials from suppliers, and providing guidance on supplier quality improvement;
• Responsible for 5MIE change management of suppliers;
• Responsible for promoting supplier testing and benchmarking;
• Responsible for initiating and following up on supplier claims.

Systems Management:

• Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of relevant supplier management program documents;
• Responsible for updating and publishing the list of qualified suppliers;
• Responsible for signing supplier quality agreements.
• Other tasks assigned by the leaders

• Full time undergraduate degree or above, with priority given to majors related to chemical engineering and materials
• More than 3 years of experience in supplier quality management in large and medium-sized manufacturing industries
• ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 three system internal auditor certificates (1 or more), and peers with quality management experience are preferred
• Three system audit tools (such as APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, etc.), quality management tools (such as QC seven methods, 8D, 5WHY, fishbone diagram, etc.);
• Master conventional office software (Office, WPS);
• Adhere to principles, have a strong sense of work responsibility and career ambition;
• Strong internal and external communication and coordination skills, as well as the ability to withstand pressure.
• Can adapt to business trips and workshop environments (noise, high temperature, dust, odors, etc.)
