Join our team as a Service Delivery Coordinator in the IT Information Technology sector! You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our clients, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and optimizing operational efficiency.
Enhance customer experience: You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to clients, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues or concerns, and maintaining strong relationships.
Optimize service delivery: You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, identify areas for improvement, and enhance overall service efficiency.
Ensure compliance: You will monitor service delivery metrics, adhere to quality standards, and implement best practices to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

Profile recherché
Education Requirement: Minimum Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in a relevant field
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the IT Information Technology sector
