As a Senior Product Owner, your role is central to driving the success of the product by ensuring that every development effort is aligned with business objectives and user needs. You will be expected to lead with clarity, communicate effectively with all stakeholders, and maintain a strong focus on delivering value. In particular, experience in the Telecom domain—especially in Retail environments like Oneview—is highly valued, as it allows for a deeper understanding of the product context and customer expectations.
Main Job Reponsibilities:
- Telecom Domain Experince, especially in Retail (Oneview) is a huge plus and as a Senior Product Owner should be able to take ownership of the product backlog and ensure it is aligned with the product vision
- Colllaborate with the Scrum Master and development
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories
- Team during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Prioritize backlog items based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility
- Act as a bridge between business, engineering, and design teams
- Ensure timely delivery of product increments and releases
- Review deliverables for quality and ensure alignment with acceptance criteria
- Provide ongoing support to internal teams for training, documentation, and product understanding.
Profile recherché
The ideal candidate is a Senior Product Owner with strong expertise in Telecom domain applications and a solid grasp of Agile and Scrum methodologies. They bring hands-on experience working with Scrum teams and tools like JIRA, and are adept at managing the full product lifecycle—from ideation to delivery. With a proven track record in stakeholder management, they excel at aligning cross-functional teams and engaging senior leadership. Their skill set includes writing clear user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and maintaining well-prioritized backlogs. A strong technical understanding enables them to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, interpret API specifications, and follow the software development lifecycle. Additional strengths include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, critical thinking, problem-solving, negotiation, and a user-centric mindset. Adaptable and assertive, they are detail-oriented, analytical, and quick to learn—making them well-equipped to lead in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
Required Skills:
- Agile/Scrum Methodologies : Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks; experience working with Scrum teams and JIRA
- Product Lifecycle Management: Experience in managing full product lifecycle: ideation to delivery
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage cross-functional and senior stakeholders
- Requirements Gathering: Writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlogs
- Technical Understanding: Ability to work with engineering teams; read API specs, understand SDLC.
