Position:
The ARCAQC (Air Quality and Climate Department) of Mohammed VI Polytechnic University is seeking an experienced Scientist to work on air quality and climate.
The ARCAQC Scientist will be responsible for:

Developing multidisciplinary cooperations combining expertise in air quality and climate,

Providing high-level advice and recommendations by sharing acquired expertise,
-
Anticipating and critically evaluating scientific or regulatory advancements and responding with new strategies,
-
Implementing new technologies and products as offered services,
-
Providing consultations and service delivery within the framework of research projects,
-
Maintaining competitiveness in terms of data quality, and access to advanced technologies,
-
Supporting research, streamlining equipment purchases, and maximizing the efficiency of equipment use,
-
Being attentive to proposals and feedback from researchers to offer comprehensive services and training to students, researchers, and external collaborators of UM6P,
-
Providing workshops and training tailored to the needs of the scientific community and external clients of UM6P.
Profile recherché
Candidate Qualifications:

PhD in environmental sciences, climatology, or related fields.

At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.

Solid experience in air quality, climate modeling, and environmental data analysis.

Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and maintain laboratory equipment.

Teamwork skills, problem-solving abilities, and collaborative work.

Excellent proficiency in English.

Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
