Join our innovative IT team as an RPA Developer Specialist, with a focus on delivering impactful solutions using Blue Prism /UiPath/Automation Anywhere technology. Your mission will be to design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient robotic process automation (RPA) solutions.

The core aim of this role is to utilize UiPath expertise to streamline complex business operations, driving efficiency, reducing manual workloads, and boosting overall productivity. You will be instrumental in enhancing existing processes and crafting innovative automation solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and translate them into strategic automation workflows. Success in this role will be defined by the seamless deployment of RPA solutions, measurable improvements in business efficiency, and your ability to manage projects effectively, meeting deadlines and objectives. Additionally, you will guide and mentor junior team members, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our RPA capabilities.

Your day-to-day tasks will include but not limited to:

• Actively participate in requirements gathering and analysis of business processes to determine technical feasibility
• Design, develop and implement RPA solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism to adhere to best practices and coding standards
• Create and execute test plans, report results to business stakeholders
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all aspects of the RPA development lifecycle, including design specifications, test plans and user manuals
• Address issues in a timely fashion and work collaboratively with business stakeholders to determine optimal solutions
• Deep understanding of various automation techniques, such as screen scraping, data extraction and API integration is imperative
• Participate in regular coaching with reporting manager on continuous improvement opportunities
• Assess team and individual talent and address gaps by executing on training recommendations
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed RPA solutions, ensuring their continued effectiveness and efficiency
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our RPA development processes and methodologies.
  

To thrive in this position, a minimum educational qualification of Bac +5 or equivalent is required, ideally with a focus on Computer Science,or related fields. A robust academic foundation is essential for grasping the technical intricacies of RPA development and deployment. Participation in academic projects involving automation, software development, or similar domains would be a valuable asset. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about technology and committed to ongoing learning and professional growth.

The ideal candidate should bring 3 to 5 years of direct experience in RPA development using UiPath. This hands-on expertise is vital for addressing complex automation challenges and delivering impactful solutions. A history of successfully implementing and managing RPA projects is highly regarded. Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments, collaborating with diverse teams, and consistently meeting project deadlines and objectives is essential. Familiarity with additional RPA tools or platforms will be considered a significant advantage.

Beyond education and experience, there are key skills that will make you a standout candidate. These include:

• Scripting & Programming : Proficiency in C# (python is acceptable) and SQL, database structures, document object models, regular expressions, data operations, API to handle complex logic and integrations. Currently use BP so experience with tool is ideal due to lack of training time
• Problem Decomposition:Ability to decouple Prcess layer and business object for reusability and maintatinability. Optimize performance vai resource monitoring, loop optimization and resource pool allocation
• Agile: Jira, Confluence
• Process Documentation:Skill in documenting requirements and managing changes collaboratively
• Debugging & Troubleshooting:Systemiatic debugging skills using logs, breakpoints and data analysis.

Other Skills/Nice to have:

• Process analysis experience
• Working knowledge in programming languages such as: C++, Python, Java
• Understanding and experience with QA methodologies
• Possession of relevant RPA certifications, such as Blue Prism Certified Developer is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail with apt analytical and presentation skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with Agile tools including Jira and Confluence
• Familiarity with RPA software or comparable IT programming toolkit (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath etc.)
• A comprehensive understanding of RPA development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall is necessary
• Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective RPA solutions
• The ability to work within a team and collaborate under pressure in a changing environment
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
