Reporting to the BATTERY ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEM director, the Quality Control Engineer mission is:
- Ensure the quality of the product and the robustness of the process
- Define the expected product quality results
- Define the expected process quality results
- Audit the robustness of the product and process development
- Prepare quality notices for the completion of project milestones
- Audit production results and request an action plan in case of deviations
- Audit the quality of supplier deliveries and request an action plan in case of deviations
- Identify and capitalize on defects observed at customer sites and assign them to the responsible parties (plant, R&D, suppliers) for corrective actions
- Prepare and coordinate the certification of the R&D centre and the plant to the different quality standards (ISO 9000, ISO 26000, etc.)
- Guide the R&D, the manufacturing engineering team and the BESS team on the way to comply with the different regulations to be respected in their field of responsibilities.
Profile recherché
- Master’s degree in engineering: mechanics or chemistry or electrochemistry or electrotechnics with a specialization in quality insurance
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in the mechanical industry, ideally in automotive industry.French and English imperative ;
