Your primary mission is to deliver high-profile IT projects with precision and agility. This includes comprehensive planning, financial management, and proactive risk mitigation. • AS a Project Manager (PM) Responsibilities:

1. Manage project financials, including forecasting, budget tracking, analysis, and reconciliation.
2. Provide risk management by explaining financial overruns and underruns for the value streams.
3. Ensure efficient and timely management of the Change Management process, tracking and handling all project change requests.
4. Maintain overall project health by adhering to delivery best practices and acting as the focal point for stakeholders.
5. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to mitigate project risks and maintain momentum.
6. Create and maintain data-driven reporting using tools such as Excel and communicate results to relevant stakeholders.
7. Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

• As a Scrum Master (SM) Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
2. Remove impediments and foster an environment that promotes high-performing team dynamics.
3. Coach teams in self-organization, continuous improvement, and adherence to Scrum framework practices.
4. Work closely with product teams to create and maintain User Stories, Deliverables, Backlog, Jira Board, and Team Capacity Planning.
5. Incorporate lessons learned and continuous improvement strategies into the sprint cycles.
6. Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
7. Monitor and track team performance, delivering value incrementally and maintaining a sustainable work pace.

To be considered for this dynamic and impactful role, candidates should possess a minimum education level of Bac +5 or equivalent, ideally with a specialization in Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field. Additional qualifications, such as certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP), are highly desirable and demonstrate a commitment to professional growth and mastery in the field.

We are looking for individuals with 3 to 10 years of experience in Project Management and/or Scrum Master roles within the IT sector. Practical experience in leading teams, managing stakeholders, and successfully delivering complex projects is essential. Candidates should have a proven ability to transition from traditional waterfall models to agile methodologies, demonstrating their adaptability and expertise in managing diverse project environments. Experience in financial management, change management, and risk mitigation will be considered a significant asset.

This role requires a unique combination of leadership, technical proficiency, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities are essential for managing multiple priorities effectively and driving project success. Excellent communication skills are crucial for fostering collaboration among stakeholders and ensuring clarity in project goals. Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Project is required to streamline project tracking and reporting. A deep understanding of agile principles, coupled with the ability to coach and mentor teams, will set you apart as a leader in this role. Other valuable skills include resource planning, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage project financials efficiently.
