A Project Manager dedicated to bots needs to have experience in project management, knowledge of Conversational AI (such as speech recognition and natural language processing, as well as proficiency in AI and ML) and Gen AI technologies.
Leadership skills, clear communication, flexibility, and risk management are essential to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in dynamic projects.
Knowledge of software development and API integration is also helpful to understand team needs and creatively solve problems.
Profile recherché
• As a Project Manager for bots delivery, your main task will be comprehensive project planning, defining goals, scope, schedule, and required resources. Ensure the SOW is properly complete and ask for additional info if missing.
• You will be in charge to ensuring contract is signed before starting the delivery, make sure the handover is properly done between the Solutions and Delivery team (SOW + list of ask pre-kick off), and ensure that the delivery process is properly done (step by step guidance follow up).
• Plan the implementation project for the bot, defining clear objectives and a detailed work plan.
• Ensure project SOW and contract are fixed before the mission starts and update this material all through the project life.
• Ensure the coordination of a qualified team, assigning tasks and responsibilities and ensure timelines are respected.
• Supervise and monitor all stages of the project, ensuring progress and resolving issues.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency strategies.
• Manage the project budget, controlling costs and allocating investments efficiently.
• Engage and regularly communicate with relevant project stakeholders and the client.
• Follow internal processes established by SMEs and quality standards, use the templates provided by global team (kick off, reporting etc.), participate in testing and gathering feedback for continuous improvements.
• Once the bot live, evaluate the performance of the bot, analyzing KPIs and collecting data to identify enhancement opportunities in collaboration with the conversational designer. Prepare and present reporting to the client
• Manage REX meeting organization and preparation.
Qualifications - Experience:
• Strong project management skills, including agile project management, planning, organization, meeting deadlines.
• Experience in digital project management.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the project team and proficiency in Project Management tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Knowledge of CX
• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with the project team and stakeholders. Problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles that may arise.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and align expectations.
• Competence in risk management and developing contingency plans.
• Ability to adapt to changes and make flexible decisions to ensure project success.
• Efficient writing for developing analyzes and reports.
• Ability to work in multicultural environment.
• Fluent in English. Other languages appreciated.
