Essential Job Functions
• Leads relationships and works with customers to define integrations strategies and serves as a liaison for product integration issues to ensure quality customer service.
• Develops and leads integration efforts for clients to ensure success. Gathers client feedback and implements enhancements and improvements as appropriate.
• Leads reinsurance application implementation project teams through all stages of the project life cycle through to successful conclusion and closedown of the project.
• Ensure all project management information systems are kept up to date and provide regular status updates, including project metrics to the project stakeholders.
• Ensures compliances with DXC’s project management methodologies.
• Look for and exploit opportunities to provide additional value to our customers.
• Supports the sales team with responses to RFI / RFP’s.
• Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.
• Leads relationships and works with customers to define integrations strategies and serves as a liaison for product integration issues to ensure quality customer service.
• Develops and leads integration efforts for clients to ensure success. Gathers client feedback and implements enhancements and improvements as appropriate.
• Key contact for aligning Reinsurance team activities with those of other DXC teams where a program involves other DXC services or products.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field preferred
• Project management (PMI) certification preferred
• Five or more years of experience in project management
• Experience working with software, systems, applications, and network markets
• Experience working with product configurations
• Experience working with project management tools, processes, procedures and methods
• Reinsurance knowledge preferred
