Consultant Responsibilities:

The Program Manager is responsible for the following activities:

- Create presentations to gain governance approval on strategy, cost, timing, and funding cadence for program execution.

- Provide input to and review inputs from supplier contracts related to product, timing, and cost.

- Ensure source package completion, purchase order placement, and the target costs are met.

- Establish and maintain program timing.

- Write Manufacturing study requests to establish cost and industrialization needs.

- Lead the following meetings:

• Weekly Design Reviews by component that includes the Deliverable PDCA open items list.
• Monthly Management design review that includes PDCA presentation preparation.
• Gate Reviews to present execution documentation.
• CAE reviews with the Stellantis CAE team.

- Support the following meetings: o Program Reviews, MR Reviews, SE Meetings o Weekly Validation status reviews o Support AQP by component.

- Ensure the proper routines are followed for document storage, track part exception lists. · Utilize proper Red, Yellow, Green status indicators for PDCA routines.

• A good understanding of automotive product development processes, manufacturing processes, and deliverable completion to achieve milestone targets.
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience in Project Management, Business Management, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong skills in finance, cross-cultural awareness, leadership, communication, influence, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
• Excellent ability to build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with customers at multiple levels, including those external to the organization.
• Expertise with application and software methodologies and have experience in system life cycle.
• Ability to lead, instruct, direct, assign, and check the work of team members.
• Skills that include concept development, best practices, and procedure adherence.
• Capable of performing a variety of complicated tasks with a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
• Self-sufficient ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Tools (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) with precision
