Production Management:

(1) Schedule daily production tasks according to the monthly production plan;

(2) Check and supervise the implementation of the production plan and adjust the production plan in a timely manner;

(3) According to the production plan, prepare on-site production materials and material flow to ensure the maximum equipment operation rate and avoid unnecessary idling and downtime;

(4) Participate in the daily production scheduling meeting, summarize the work situation of the day, deal with issues that need coordination, and arrange the work for the next day.

Workshop Management :

(1) Check and guide the correct implementation of work standards, equipment maintenance and other work documents, maintain normal production order, prevent violations, and ensure good work order;

(2) Timely feedback and organize the handling of on-site equipment failures, regularly perform equipment maintenance, and ensure the normal operation of equipment;

(3) Responsible for handling sudden changes in the production site and external liaison matters of the production department;

(4) Implement 6S on-site management and continuously improve to ensure that on-site work is carried out in an orderly manner.

Quality Control :

(1) Operate strictly in accordance with the process technical parameters, and it is strictly forbidden to change the parameters without authorization;

(2) Implement self-inspection and mutual inspection of the production process to prevent the production of unqualified products, and promptly feedback and handle the quality abnormalities of the on-site products to
ensure that abnormal products do not flow into the next process;

(3) Strictly implement the "Foreign Matter Prevention and Control Management System" to strictly prevent foreign matter from entering the production system. If foreign matter is found to have entered the production system, the entry path must be identified and rectified in a timely manner, and the affected materials must be corrected to prevent unqualified materials from entering the next process;

(4) For quality problems that occur, participate in the company's quality problem analysis and supervise the implementation of solutions.

Security Management :

(1) Supervise the implementation of safety production rules and regulations, regularly summarize the on-site inspections and corrections made by managers at all levels, conduct statistical analysis of employee dynamics, and severely punish safety violations;

(2) Regularly check the implementation of safety education in the department;

(3) Carry out routine inspections and regular inspections of safety hazards, promptly rectify the safety hazards found, and properly handle safety accidents.

Production yield management :

(1) Timely deal with on-site leakage to avoid material loss;

(2) Analyze the material flow based on the material data ledger, analyze the causes of material loss with abnormal data, and take countermeasures to reduce losses.

Production cost management :

(1) Carry out on-site management, analyze the causes and take measures in a timely manner when abnormal fluctuations are found to ensure the smooth operation of the production system;

(2) Conduct statistics and analysis on the input and output of each process of the production department every day, and analyze abnormal situations and take corrective and preventive measures to reduce losses.

Employee training :

(1) Responsible for supervising each workshop to conduct training on the company's rules and regulations;

(2) Responsible for supervising each workshop to organize training on work instructions, operating procedures, and equipment maintenance procedures;

(3) Responsible for supervising each workshop's training on production site management knowledge;

(4) Responsible for supervising the job training and regularization assessment of new employees in each workshop.

Profile :

- Holder of Master degree or equivqlent, major in chemistry, materials, industry etc.

- More than 5 years of production management experience in the chemical industry.
