Main Responsabilities :
1. Implement production tasks, and operate in strict accordance with the operating regulations and work instructions to ensure that the tasks are achieved according to quality;
2. Implement on-site equipment inspection and spot checks to understand its operating status, report for repair in time and follow up when abnormalities are found, ensure timely repair of equipment, and ensure production progress and safe production;
3. Record production-related operating parameters and operation records according to the actual production and operation on site, and do a good job of handover to ensure that the production process is traceable, evidence-based, and clear and clear in the operation stages and steps;
4. Monitor process parameters and quality indicators, protect and remove foreign bodies in accordance with operation management regulations, timely feedback and follow-up to abnormalities and treatment progress and treatment measures
5. Implement the 6S control requirements of the workshop, maintain and clean the sanitation of the responsible area, standardize the placement of on-site items and materials, and clean and maintain the identification and signage of the on-site equipment area
6. Accept and learn the relevant knowledge and cognition of safety production, work skills, equipment operation, operation steps, and company culture transmitted and promoted by the company
Profile recherché
Profile :
- Holding Technician diploma at electro-mechanic or equivalent,
- A first experience of 1 to 3 years on dealing with Dissolver, Dispenser, Reactors, Washers or equivalent at industry,
- Good proficiency in English.
