Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead spend analysis in the country to identify opportunities to develop procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective: build and monitor the tenders roadmap, accordingly with local and regional strategy.
  • Enhancing partnership approach with vendors focusing on “most preferred suppliers” and “sensitive suppliers”
  • Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
  • Managing and develop the skills of a team of purchasers.
  • Monitoring and tracking procurement performance (cost savings, cash & cost avoidance approach)
  • Implement Foundever Group Procurement strategy and tools. With specific focus on sustainable procurement, respectful of ESG criteria defined at Groupe level.
  • Develop strategic sourcing, and Know Your Suppliers (KYS) approach, with support of EMEA Procurement
  • Support local business and evolution of Moroccan activities of Foundever, especially concerning building, sites expenses and CAPEX.
  • Securing supply chain process, and delivery on time from suppliers
  • Preparing procurement reports.
  • Support end-to-end, digital and seamless “procure to pay” process. Working closely with internal clients and accounting teams.
  • Manage and monitor RFI/RFQ/RFP utilizing Foundever’s e-sourcing tool in compliance with Procurement Policy and Processes.
Profile recherché

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, engineering or business administration.

Languages proficiency:

  • English & French advance level

Experience Target:

  • At least 5 years' experience in purchasing and 2 years as a team leader.
  • Proven experience in international company and /or in BPO or outsourcing industry.
  • Proven experience with procure to pay process and platform (e.g: Coupa…), RFP digital tool.
  • In-depth knowledge of leading RFx, preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.


Skills:

  • Excellent listening and oral/written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
  • Management of team and “manager coach” mindset
  • Leadership skills, and ability to work in multi-cultural environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
