Main Job Reponsibilities:
- Collaborate with Key Stakeholders, Business / Technology Owners and Planners to develop and align on the portfolio strategy related to key strategic themes
- Lead Intake assessment process for funded and unfunded initiatives. This includes validation of Epic artefacts (Lean Bus. Case), Epic scope validation and Epic assessments
- Manage the Portfolio Kanban and flow of work from ideation through to delivery and ensure data integrity
- Partner with key business stakeholders to drive Epic readiness for PI’s (Program Increments)
- Partner with Technology Services planners and Delivery Portfolio Managers to manage Portfolio level funding
- Collaborate with TS planners and Domain Portfolio managers to monitor capacity across all value streams
- Manage relationship between Technology Services Intake team and Business Unit epic owners
- Define and govern Intake portfolio processes and grow Scaled Agile maturity level leveraging best practices, standards and frameworks
- Management of 1-N list (Prioritized Initiatives).
Profile recherché
Required Skills
- Experience with Scaled Agile methodology
- Experience with Jira, Jira Portfolio, Confluence, Jira Kanban, MIRO, and MS Office suite (specifically Excel)
- Technical skills to automate and query in Jira, build and monitor key operational metrics and dashboards to drive operational improvements
- Leadership and strong communication skills (fluent in spoken and written English)
- Proven problem solving ability with complex, technical and abstract concepts and excellent attention to detail.
