Aeolon Morocco is located in the industrial acceleration zone of Betoya, Nador which covers an area of 50 hectares, with a total investment of about 220.8 million euros. It is expected to have an annual production capacity of 600 sets with the total employees more than 3,000 people.

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for efficiency and problem-solving? If so, this exciting opportunity as a Planner in our dynamic company in the Other Services sector, located in Nador, Morocco, might be your perfect fit. This role is key to ensuring the smooth operation of our business, and the successful candidate will play a vital role in optimizing our processes and contributing to the overall success of our team.

In this role, a primary objective is to develop and maintain detailed production schedules that align with business goals and resource availability. This involves close collaboration with various departments to ensure effective communication, coordination, and successful execution of plans. Another key objective is to analyze and interpret data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, accuracy, and resource allocation, proposing and implementing effective solutions to optimize these areas. Finally, continuous evaluation of scheduling processes and procedures, identifying and implementing best practices to enhance overall planning effectiveness is crucial.

Your day-to-day tasks will involve a diverse range of responsibilities. You will be responsible for creating and updating production schedules, considering various factors such as resource allocation, material availability, and deadlines. Analyzing production data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and potential risks will be part of your regular tasks. You will be collaborating closely with other departments, such as operations and procurement, to ensure alignment and efficiency in your planning. This includes regular communication to facilitate timely problem-solving and coordination.

• Proactive identification and resolution of potential scheduling conflicts.
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all planning activities.
• Regular reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to scheduling.

Beyond these core responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of our planning systems and processes.

To excel in this position, a minimum educational level of Bac +5 or higher is required. A specialization in Production/Quality/Safety/Maintenance or a related field is strongly preferred. This demonstrates a solid foundation in the principles and best practices relevant to this role. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic record showcasing their analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar planning role. This experience should showcase your ability to develop and implement effective schedules, manage resources effectively, and resolve scheduling conflicts. Experience in a manufacturing environment or a related industry is a significant advantage. Demonstrated success in optimizing production processes and achieving efficiency improvements would be highly valued.
