Poste
The Payroll Specialist / Officer will be part of the Shared Service Center Payroll of Aldelia, and support the Group by processing payroll, and recording tax and social returns, assisting in ad-hoc payroll analysis.
He/ She will also be responsible for processing Aldelia’s clients’ payroll, contractors’ payroll, tax calculations and deductions on the system.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
• Collecting, calculating, and entering data to maintain and update payroll information
• Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, and non-taxable wages
• Resolving payroll discrepancies
• Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
• Developing ad hoc payroll and operational reporting as needed
• Proficiency in Net/Gross salary calculations
• Assist in compilation of reports.
Profile recherché
• 2 to 5 years’ experience in payroll execution is required for this role, preferably for African countries
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/ or Finance related field
• Proficiency in Sage.
• Experience in running international payrolls on different continents
• High level of autonomy, fast thinking and decision-making skills
• Demonstrate high level of interpersonal, analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Team-Spirit
• Ability to work by deadlines
• English and French required
