Aeolon Morocco is located in the industrial acceleration zone of Betoya, Nador which covers an area of 50 hectares, with a total investment of about 220.8 million euros. It is expected to have an annual production capacity of 600 sets with the total employees more than 3,000 people.

Poste

Responsible for verifying attendance and other compensation data for each department every month, ensuring monthly payroll is processed; completing the monthly social insurance payment.

· Verify monthly seniority wages, regularization lists, salary changes, reward and penalty records, employee recommendation bonuses, and other salary-related reports.
· Ensure the printing and distribution of monthly payroll and pay slips, and conduct a self-check on the salary for the month.
· Responsible for completing the monthly management fee statistics and reporting for the labor dispatch company.
· Assist superiors in implementing the company's various rules and regulations, and cooperate in completing monthly theme activities, annual awards, Spring Festival celebrations, and other company events.
· Complete other tasks assigned by department leadership.

Profile recherché

Educational Background:
? Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources or related fields.
Training Experience:
? Trained in modern human resource management techniques, labor laws and regulations, contract law, and management skills.
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in human resources in manufacturing companies.
Skills:
? Familiar with the procedures and processes of various human resource management modules.
? Knowledge of national laws and regulations related to human resources, holding the relevant national qualification certificate (junior level or above).
? Familiar with the operational processes of various human resources management practices; proficient in using relevant office software.
Attitude:
? Calm and meticulous, with active thinking and an innovative spirit, good team collaboration awareness.
? Excellent character and professional qualities, strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, principled in work, and strong stress resistance.
