Join our team in Rabat! As a member of the Order to Cash team at our IT Information Technology company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of orders and cash transactions. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will directly impact our operations and customer satisfaction.


Role Purpose:

The OTC Associate will participate in Account Receivables activities, including contract setup, customer identification, billing, dispute management, and cash collection. The role requires interdependent actions and follow-ups that impact all areas of the OTC process.

Role Specific Requirements:

The role involves managing partner/customer queries, cash collection, billing, master data management, backoffice tasks, and potentially query coordination. The associate is expected to demonstrate resilience under pressure, analytical skills, excellent numerical skills, proactive approach towards internal communication, and collaboration with colleagues.

General Requirements:

The associate is expected to follow manager’s guidance, attend meetings and trainings, deliver trainings to new team members, create and update process documentation, ensure backup coverage, work autonomously, respect working schedules, provide audit evidence, escalate issues, and comply with all business controls, quality, security, and organizational policies.

Organizational Structure:

The role reports to the Team Leader, who reports to the Operations Lead, Operations Manager, Site Manager, and Track Manager. Tasks can also be assigned by OTC Subject Matter Experts, Process Leads, Quality/Compliance Leads, Internal Controls, or peers.

Communication Channels:

The associate communicates actively with the Management team and colleagues from the immediate team, OTC team, or any other teams on site. They handle emails and system queries from customers on a daily basis and participate in meetings/conference calls with client representatives.

Profile recherché

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree (Bac +3)
Experience: 1 to 3 years in a similar role


Required Skills:

• Proficiency in order management systems
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

Language and Computer Skills:

• Proficiency in French and good command of English are required.
• Computer literacy in MS Office and customized ERP system is also necessary.

Success Criteria:

Timely task completion, high quality in performed activities, achievement of operational targets, self-motivation, ability to work on own initiative, strong organizational skills, and effective communication with all levels and departments involved in the process.
