Main Job Responsibilities :
- Coordinate upcoming deployments and outage windows with internal & external stakeholders
- Support day-to-day security operations, including vulnerability management
- Be the primary resource for coordinating embargo activities
- Incident follow up
- FID management and certificate renewals
- Calendar management
- Networking/firewalls
- LRP, Black Friday planning
Profile recherché
Minimum Required Education :
- Technical degree/diploma:
- Certifications preferred (CISSP, SAFe Agile Certification).
Required Skills :
Strong communication:
- Clear and concise verbal communication
- Strong written communication when summarizing incidents and upcoming deployments to internal & external stakeholders.
Strong technical aptitude & security knowledge :
- Significant experience on an IT delivery team with a deep understanding of the SSDLC, highly integrated applications, and modern technologies
- A strong understanding of security concepts and enforcing a security-first mindset.
Planning & retrospective :
- Plan upcoming deployments, outages, and embargos, managing conflicts
- Foster a mindset of continuous improvement.
Agile adoption :
- Experience on a SAFe Agile team, taking part in all the Agile ceremonies as part of a PI.
Team collaboration & coordination :
- Ability to engage the appropriate cross-functional teams to coordinate the resolution of incidents, coordinate deployments, and outage windows.
