Position Summary :

The Office Technical Coordinator ensures the management, maintenance, and optimization of building facilities and equipment. They prioritize infrastructure safety and compliance with prevailing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilities Management and Maintenance :

  • Ensure and monitor office construction and office extension;
  • Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance operations;
  • Ensure proper functioning of office systems and equipment (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing);
  • Manage maintenance contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.

Compliance and Safety :

  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations
  • Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions on a daily basis when needed

Project Management :

  • Lead renovation/construction or improvement projects for office infrastructure
  • Coordinate internal and external teams on projects

Budget Management :

  • Develop and oversee the budget allocated for maintenance and work
  • Optimize costs while maintaining service quality

Team Coordination :

  • Supervise expertise technical teams
Profile recherché

Profile Requirements :

  • Education: Degree in engineering or equivalent in a technical field related to building management;
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role.

Skills :

  • Strong knowledge in civil engineering, electricity, mechanics, and safety regulations;
  • Project management and team management skills;
  • Proficiency in technical tools and software;
  • Fluent in French, English, Arabic.

Personal Qualities :

  • Organizational and planning skills;
  • Ability to solve complex problems;
  • Good communication and negotiation skills;
  • Reactivity and ability to work under pressure.

Working Conditions :

  • Position based in Casablanca, Morocco;
  • Flexible hours with availability in emergencies.
