As part of our expansion, we are recruiting a Marketing Specialist COMMERCIAL FIRE (H/F) for our partner Aritech, a leading company in the commercial security manufacturing business.

This role will support and contribute to the Marketing and Marcom team for the commercial fire business unit. you will be supporting the marketing team with the different product marketing and marcom initiatives, collaterals development (brochures, flyers, catalogues,…), Images required for Product promotions, PR, Events, Tradeshows, etc, aligned with the brand guidelines and storytelling message, mailing campaigns aligned with brand guidelines and storytelling message, internal and external announcements and website support.

What will you be doing?

  • Support marketing needs in conjunction with the Marketing and Marcom team (PR and media comms).
  • Manage internal and external pardot communications (design the communication, launch to the right audience and track the action measuring the results/impact)
  • Management of company generic mailing accounts
  • Create and maintain all company collateral (from print materials like posters and flyers to digital content like catalogs and digital magazines).
  • Support to the web content improvement in conjunction with the Marcom Specialist
  • Establish strong relationships with Sales Teams and Channel Representatives to validate the marketing communication aligned with the product direction.
  • Be present to the teams with monthly contact to the different regional teams to support them to #1 as a TEAM
  • Help to develop a Sales “Playbook” for the solution which outlines for the Sales Teams the value proposition, key messages, competitor differentiation, data sheets, and other marketing collateral.
  • Organize, implement, and maintain the tactical day-to-day activities needed.
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns/initiatives
  • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
  • Liaise with external vendors when needed to produce marketing materials
  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned


Profile recherché

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.) Other design tools knowledge will be a plus (canva, video maker, ….)
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) desired
  • Well-organized and detail oriented with creative mind
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively influence and communicate across different functional teams and global internal partners in a matrix environment.
  • Self-starter motivated to expand skill set and grow experience.
  • Effective organizational, problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
