Poste
Under the supervision of the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will play a critical role in the industrialization and continuous improvement of high-precision machined parts for the aerospace industry. You will be responsible for developing robust manufacturing processes, optimizing machining strategies, and supporting production to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with aerospace standards.
To fulfill this role, your key responsibilities will include the following:
• Developing, validating, and optimizing process (Machining, Deburring, Assembly, Pressure & hydraulic testing…) for complex aerospace components (aluminum, titanium, etc.).
• Preparing and maintaining technical documentation: work instructions, operation sheets, etc.
• Defining the part process tools, machining parameters, and setup instructions in collaboration with production and quality teams.
• Analyzing non-conformities related to processes and propose effective corrective actions.
• Supporting new product introduction (NPI) and industrialization projects.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on cycle time reduction, cost optimization, and process reliability.
• Collaborating closely with design, quality, production, and supply chain teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance.

Profile recherché
Required Qualifications:
• Engineer or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (ENSAM, ENSEM…)
• Proven experience ( 1 to 2 years) in machining methods engineering within the aerospace or precision manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes (3-5 axis), tooling, and cutting strategies.
• Proficiency in technical drawings, and aerospace standards.
• Advanced skills in CATIA
• Experience with lean manufacturing and root cause analysis tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.).
Strong Assets:
• Programming experience with CATIA V5 (especially modules: Prismatic Machining, Surface Machining, and Manufacturing Process Simulation) is a major advantage.
• Familiarity with CAM tools and post-processors.
Soft Skills:
• Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills in English & French.
