? Design and hands-on implementation of the customer’s complex network infrastructure, supporting WAN, LAN, WLAN on a multi-vendor network consisting primarily of Juniper EX & SRX, Aruba switches & WAPs, Mist, with some Cradle point & Cisco. ? Create & maintain documentation for the implementation of the customer’s network, including change approval processes. ? Support and coach other engineers in the team at a technical level to provide engineering support to to provide high quality services/solutions to our customers. ? Lead and assist in defining the strategy needed to enable delivery of complex projects. ? Manage the deliverables on complex customer design and implementation projects. ? Perform advanced analysis on any complex incidents and acts as escalation engineer for internal organizations and clients. ? Fourth-level support for Operations as part of the ‘Incident and Problem Management Process’. ? Create processes for other engineers to follow in order for them to successfully deliver solutions. ? Lead and own projects and a small team of engineers, drive projects to a successful conclusion.
