Aeolon Morocco is located in the industrial acceleration zone of Betoya, Nador which covers an area of 50 hectares, with a total investment of about 220.8 million euros. It is expected to have an annual production capacity of 600 sets with the total employees more than 3,000 people.

Poste

Responsible for analyzing and investigating employee training needs, and developing and implementing training plans based on the company’s actual situation.
Responsible for preparing the necessary arrangements for training courses before the training sessions.
Responsible for updating the new employee onboarding training materials, delivering training courses, conducting training assessments, and announcing and recording the results.
Responsible for assisting with external training arrangements and process follow-ups, developing and delivering internal training courses, and evaluating the training effectiveness.
Responsible for completing the monthly training report, maintaining the online training platform, following up on online courses, and monitoring course progress.
Responsible for calculating the monthly meal subsidies, inputting data into the central control system, creating meal cards and ID cards for new employees, and replacing lost meal cards for existing employees.
Fully promote the development of the corporate culture system, including the conceptualization and implementation of initial corporate culture plans.
Assist superiors in implementing various company policies, and cooperate in organizing monthly theme activities, annual awards, Spring Festival celebrations, and other company events.
Assist in the recruitment, interview arrangements, and onboarding training of new employees.
Assist in coordinating and handling employee relations.
Complete other tasks assigned by department leadership.

Profile recherché

Educational Background: ? Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or related fields.

Training Experience: ? Trained in modern human resource management techniques, labor laws and regulations, contract law, and management skills development.

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant human resources experience in manufacturing companies.

Skills: ? Familiar with the procedures and processes of various human resource management modules. ? Knowledgeable about national laws and regulations, holding the relevant national qualification certificate (junior level or above). ? Familiar with the operational processes of various human resources management practices; proficient in using relevant office software.

Attitude: ? Calm, meticulous, with active thinking, an innovative spirit, and good team collaboration awareness. ? Excellent character and professional qualities, strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, principled in work, and strong stress resistance.
