Poste
• Responsible for whole Recruitment process of all employee groups
• Responsible for executing onboarding processes
• Cross-functional support & coordination of the onboarding training
• Executing whole HR related administration in regards to employment, salary and offboarding
• Active support of the Payroll related activities
• Active role and creation of all documentation in regards of Employee Relations topics
• Advising local teams for all HR related topics
• Supports HR monthly metrics and reporting
• Responsible for processing and updating employee changes in HRIS system
• Assists in creation and developing, and putting in place new procedures and policies to continually improve the efficiency of the HR department and organization and to improve employee experience
• Working according the requirements of the IATF 16949
• Strong knowledge and advisory in local laws and regulations
Profile recherché
- Master’s Degree in HR
- 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities by urgency and key deliverable dates
- Demonstrates a “can-do” mindset
- Global mindset and strong focus
A temporary mission of 6 months with the possibility of direct integration with the company
Have an exhaustive knowledge and command of both English and French
