Aeolon Morocco is located in the industrial acceleration zone of Betoya, Nador which covers an area of 50 hectares, with a total investment of about 220.8 million euros. It is expected to have an annual production capacity of 600 sets with the total employees more than 3,000 people.

Job contents:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

? Organize recruitment, interviews, and onboarding processes (e.g., ID cards, meal cards, attendance system setup).

? Verify and archive signed labor contracts and employee records.

2. Employee Status Management:

? Conduct monthly checks on employee files; handle contract renewals and personnel changes.

? Submit monthly reports on hires, terminations, salary adjustments, rewards/penalties, and referrals.

3. Data Management:

? Update and report employee entry/exit lists, turnover rates, and NC system modifications (transfers, promotions, etc.).

? Manage cafeteria meal statistics and monthly meal subsidies (download attendance and POS data by the 10th).

4. Reporting & Compliance:

? Prepare HR recruitment/training reports; assist in optimizing company policies and processes.

? Submit HR department forms and statistical reports promptly.

5. Additional Duties:

? Support company events (annual awards, Spring Festival gatherings, etc.); update bulletin boards 1-2 times weekly.

? Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Profile recherché

Qualifications:

? 1-2 years of HR experience in manufacturing enterprises.

? Familiar with HR management processes, workflows, and relevant laws; holds a national HR qualification certificate (entry-level or above).

? Proficient in HR operational procedures and office software.

? Detail-oriented, innovative, team player with strong integrity and professionalism.

? High sense of responsibility, resilience, and ability to work under pressure.
