Poste
Provide IT solution design and presentational support for new business bids for existing and new clients.
Working collaboratively with other Sitel IT teams, the IT Solution Architect will lead the design and delivery of high quality IT bid responses aligned with Client and Sitel Business and Operational requirements. Outputs will include IT responses in client-specified formats, detailed solution diagrams, detailed costing and implementation timelines.
Evaluate multiple options for potential IT solutions from both existing IT Product and Services and new custom-developed solutions.
Collaborate with business partners to understand the business problems and document scenarios and requirements for the solution. Collaborate with Sitel IT stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and traceable throughout the Solution Design process. Conduct reviews with business partners, IT, Security and Operations teams to achieve formal signoff of the IT Bid Response prior to submission.
Provide IT Solution implementation estimates and costs
Work with the Business Analysis team to understand business requirements and ensure that any applications included as part of the IT solution fully satisfy the requirements
Work with the Product Marketing team to review current solutions and products, ensuring they are aligned with client requirements
Apply creative problem solving skills to ensure the best possible solutions are proposed including where appropriate the use of innovation
Deliver IT Solution presentations in support of the bid management process to business stakeholders including clients up to board level
Maintain strong and current business domain expertise for the contact centre industry
Manage IT Bid Response Solutions through architectural approval process
Assess technical risks with the proposed solutions and provide mitigation options

Skills/Qualifications :
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships
Ability to manage and motivate multi-discipline virtual teams established for the purpose of delivering IT Bid Response.
Must be able to communicate effectively during client presentations as well as one-on-one with site personnel.
Ability to convey complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience. Excellent English written and oral communications skills are a prerequisite.
