Role & Competencies:

  • Involves providing day-to-day supervisory and/or coordination support to a team of operational.
  • Responsible for day-to-day completion of team tasks as well as delegated first level employee related activities, as defined by local policies. This may include day-to-day performance monitoring/management and development discussions, employee related administration, supporting initial/informal disciplinary action activities
  • Taking supervisory responsibility for day-to-day coordination of team activities. Ensuring that processes and procedures are completed promptly and consistently and that team activities are in line with company goals and regulatory requirements.

Your main missions will be:

  • Provide clear direction and guidance to ensure consistent achievement of key performance metrics
  • Effective interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills
  • Evaluate continuously the skills and competences of your team by partly determining what are their improvement areas through continuous learning (To be defined with the learning department)
  • Strong facility with teamwork and an ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Work actively to achieve the key performance indicators
  • Generate reports and statistics as agreed with the client and project management


Supervision and team leadership:

  • Ensure proximity management on a daily basis.
  • Prevent and regulate conflicts and misbehaviors among team members.

Quality of service:

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of his team
  • Assess the performance of an organization
  • Analyze and interpret statistical results
  • Carry out reports
