Within the Finance Department, the Financial Planning & Analysis Department recruits a Financial Planning & Analysis.
Directly related to the FP&A Morocco Manager, the FP&A participates in the reporting and analysis of the financial data of Sitel Group, intervening in the following topics:
- Prepare and review monthly financial reports and allocate to the right cost/profit centers ;
- Participate to weekly meetings with Operationals by activities and sites.
- Track Weekly expenses and revenues vs. Budget and Forecast, analyze and explain variances ;
- Prepare monthly executive reports with key performance metrics ;
- Participate to Budget load and Quarterly Forecast updates to improve efficiency and accuracy of financial data.
- Oversees and contributes to the development of timely and accurate financial information and projections by company and sites ;
- Participate to all analysis in order to monitor the performance and to identify risks/opportunities ;
Profile recherché
- Master in Accounting, Finance, Financial Engineering, or equivalent ;
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Reporting and Financial analysis, ideally within Customer Experience Industry (Call centers);
- Analytical and financial modeling skills with ability to prepare materials and presentations that communicate meaningful data and analyses
- Skills in expense monitoring, cash flow and financial management operations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to tight deadlines (ability to complete projects timely and accurately is critical) ;
- Strong organization, ability to prioritize workload and build a strong relationship with operationals (FP&A should be a business partner for operational).
- ERP knowledge (SAP is a +)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good Communication and English skills.
