We're looking for a Financial Planning Analyst (H/F) for our partner Carrier who is a leading provider of heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems, building controls and automation, and fire and security systems leading to safer, smarter, sustainable and high-performance buildings. Carrier is the world’s leader in high-technology heating, air-conditioning and refrigeration solutions.

Main responsibilities :

  • Support Atlas project cost tracking & analysis:
  • Prepare the work files for the closing
  • Update closing/reporting calendar and share with all stakeholders
  • Update headcount related tracking
  • Complete accurately monthly closing calculation & accruals in due time
  • Prepare monthly reporting
  • Perform the actuals analysis VS forecast
  • Ensure actuals and forecast submission is properly done in HFM tool (check supplementals etc…)
  • Consolidate and report CHVAC Europe results on his/her area of responsibility (headcount split, R&O)
  • Support ad hoc analyses and transformation projects

HUB

  • Proactive check the consistency of data in the system
  • Update the HUB closing schedule.
  • Prepare the work files for the closing including preparing the extracts.
  • Prepare the Journal entries.
  • Prepare montly closing package.
  • Prepare the BKL file for the forecast
  • Prepare the weekly for the HUB

Europe

  • Prepare Weekly orders reporting
  • Prepare monthly orders reconciliation between weekly and monthly orders
  • Monthly update of both Applied and Service books
  • Backlog consolidation
  • Check Backlog submission
  • Prepare the W2W file
  • Prepare the monthly inventory reconciliation
  • Prepare the Sales Applied Review

Ad Hoc

  • Prepare ad hoc working files or presentation requested from the business
  • Prepare ad hoc requests using SAP
  • Provide the quarterly template for Eurovent
Profile recherché

Looking for a candidate with excellent analytical, financial accounting skills, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to multi-task and prioritize within a dynamic environment. You are expected to supply process improvements. Ideally you will be a strong communicator with project management skills, be organized, and highly-energetic in a dynamic and evolving professional environment. You should be hands-on in leading the analytical, reporting and other areas of responsibilities.

Qualification:

  • Bac+5 in Finance ;
  • 5 years of of progressive industry and Finance/ FP&A experience ;
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral ;
  • Strong work ethic ;
  • Methodical approach with ability to identify / correct errors in data ;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with advanced Excel and power point skills ;
  • Systems oriented: SAP / HFM / advanced Excel functions ;
  • Result oriented: design/improve and implement new processes, programs and systems; focus on execution.
