Avec ses 300 collaborateurs et ses différents centres d’expertise opérant dans les domaines de l’informatique, de la Gestion de projet, de la Finance et des Ressources Humaines, AXA GO Maroc soutient Group Operations dans la réalisation de sa mission.

Context:

As a Network Global Products financial controller at Axa Group Operations, you will be at the heart of financial oversight for Axa's global network product portfolio. This strategic role requires an individual with a strong understanding of financial controlling & planning principles, operational efficiency, and international collaboration. By aligning financial strategies with business objectives, you will not only ensure compliance and control but also foster innovation and efficiency, making a meaningful impact on Axa's global operations. In the heart of AXA Group Operations , our role is multi-layered. We leverage data, technology, and diverse capabilities to enhance our partners' performance in a streamlined, efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

Controlling Operational Responsibilities

• Supporting the Head of Product and the and the GCIO controlling manager in the financial steering of the department.
• Building the financial plan hand in hand with Business Teams.
• Providing seamless support in day-to-day operations.
• Ensure financial plan execution (Actuals vs. Plan cost deviation analysis))
• Identify potential business financial risks and opportunities.
• NFTE Budget, Forecast and pre-close process.
• Expense Commitment validation
• End to end Closing process.
• Perform centralized controls to guarantee the accuracy & reliability of financial information.
• Expenses follow-up
• Update intraco flows.
• Manage APCO creation in Anaplan according to the Division’ architecture and costing rules
• Prepare the Monthly & Quarterly reports and deliverables

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• Graduate from a recognized University with 5 years of expertise in FP&A and controlling or audit.
• Proven expertise in a Shared Service Centre environment

• Technical Competencies
• Awareness of AXA group principles and ecosystem
• Anaplan or an equivalent financial controlling & budgeting ERP.
• MS Excel and pack office advanced mastery
• Power BI

Language Skills:

• Fluency in English - speaking, reading and writing.
