COBCO a été créée en 2023 à travers une joint-venture entre le groupe chinois CNGR, leader mondial dans la production de matériaux pour batteries électriques, et le groupe AL MADA, l'un des plus grands fonds d'investissement privés en Afrique.
L'entreprise développe un parc industriel à Jorf Lasfar, dédié à la fabrication de composants de batteries pour les véhicules électriques. S'étendant sur plus de 200 hectares et représentant un investissement de 20 milliards de dirhams, ce parc industriel vise à produire 120 000 tonnes de précurseurs NMC, 60 000 tonnes de composants LFP et 30 000 tonnes de masse noire par an.
La production de COBCO soutiendra la fabrication de matériaux pour batteries de plus d'un million de véhicules électriques chaque année.

Raw Material Management Work:
1?Responsible for reviewing the results of sampling and inspection of raw and auxiliary materials.
2?Responsible for filling out the ""Raw Material Non-Conformance Report"" for non-conforming raw materials and organizing reviews.
3?Responsible for daily error-checking of various raw material accounts, setting and maintaining report rules, and monitoring trend management charts.
4?Responsible for communicating with suppliers regarding non-conforming raw materials and following up on supplier rectifications.
5?Collaborate on analyzing quality anomalies and customer complaints to improve customer satisfaction.
Planning and Organization:
1. Break down the department's annual, monthly, and weekly work goals into team-specific goals and develop corresponding work plans.
2. Arrange daily tasks for each team and shift according to the annual, monthly, and weekly work plans, and supervise implementation.
3. Summarize and analyze the weekly, monthly, and annual work of the teams and make timely adjustments to the work.
Supplier Management:
Responsible for initiating the "Raw and Auxiliary Material Non-Conformance Disposal Form" and following up on the processing progress of various responsible departments.
Process Quality Control:
1. Arrange the execution of inspections at various key points in the process.
2. Organize root cause analysis, formulate countermeasures, and follow up on improvements when quality anomalies occur.
Raw Material Plant Shipment Management:
Conduct OQC shipment inspections and management for the raw material plant and feedback on customer complaints.
Team Building:
Responsible for organizing shift handovers, team-building activities, identifying potential personnel, organizing training assessments, and mentoring.
Personnel Management:
1. Complete the training and assessment of new employees' operational skills as planned.
2. Improve the business skills of the trained personnel.
3. Conduct assessments according to the monthly work plan and relevant regulations; manage 5S, work discipline, and safety operations at various positions.
4. Manage attendance, shift changes, and scheduling of personnel.

Profile recherché
- Full-time college diploma or above.
- More than 3 years of quality management experience in the chemical or materials industry.
- Professional knowledge of the IATF16949/ISO9000 quality system and internal auditor certification.
- Proficient in the seven QC tools and SPC management tools;
- Proficient in using conventional office software and Minitab;
- Passionate about the job and progressive in thinking;
- Principled, with a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to work;
- Strong communication skills and serious about work.
