We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Expert Developer/Researcher specializing in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLM), Machine Learning (ML), and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cutting-edge AI research, hands-on development experience, and a deep understanding of the latest technologies and methodologies in the AI domain. This role involves conducting advanced research, contributing to the development of innovative AI solutions, and staying at the forefront of emerging technologies in AI and ML.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and Innovation:
o Conduct advanced research in Generative AI, LLM, and ML, exploring novel approaches and techniques.
o Stay up-to-date with the latest research papers, conferences, and industry trends in AI, ML, and LLM.
• Development and Implementation:
o Design, develop, and optimize AI services and systems, with a focus on Generative AI and LLM.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into products and services.
o Implement scalable AI solutions in real-world applications, ensuring robustness, efficiency, and performance.
• Evaluation and Review:
o Review and evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks in the AI and ML field.
o Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and ethical compliance.
o Provide expert guidance on the selection and implementation of AI technologies for various projects.
• Collaboration and Communication:
o Work closely with researchers, data scientists, and engineers to share insights and drive AI innovation.
Required Qualifications:
• Education:
o At least a Master’s degree or higher (Ph.D. preferred) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
o Extensive research experience in Generative AI, LLM, and/or ML.
• Technical Expertise:
o Proven experience in developing and deploying Generative AI models, ML models and NLP.
o Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other relevant AI/ML frameworks.
o Deep understanding of natural language processing (NLP), deep learning, neural networks, and other AI-related fields.
• Research and Development:
o Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research and contribute to academic or industry-leading publications.
o Experience in evaluating and implementing new AI technologies and methodologies.
o Ability to translate research findings into practical applications and innovative solutions.
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex AI challenges.
o Experience in working with large datasets, data preprocessing, and feature engineering.
o Ability to design experiments, analyze results, and iterate on model development.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with AI ethics, fairness, and bias mitigation strategies.
• Experience in cloud computing environments ( AWS ).
• Experience in mentoring and leading research or development teams.
• Experience in contributing to open-source AI/ML projects.
Soft Skills:
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• A proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML.
