Are you a highly motivated and experienced Equipment Engineer looking for a challenging and rewarding career in a dynamic and rapidly growing company? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you in Nador, Morocco, within the thriving Other services sector. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all equipment within the company. This involves the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our equipment, from troubleshooting to preventative measures, all to ensure maximum uptime and minimal disruption. A key responsibility is to improve processes to boost overall effectiveness and increase the lifespan of our assets. This requires a proactive approach to maintenance and the ability to identify potential issues before they affect operations. Collaboration with various teams is essential to the successful execution of this role.
As an Equipment Engineer, your responsibilities will be varied and will include but are not limited to:
- Preventative Maintenance: Conducting regular inspections and scheduled maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
- Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing and resolving equipment malfunctions efficiently and effectively.
- Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in equipment operations and implementing solutions.
- Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
- Collaboration: Working closely with other departments and teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Budget Management: Assisting in the management of the equipment maintenance budget.
- Supplier Management: Interacting with suppliers and contractors to procure necessary parts and services.
This role demands a high level of technical expertise and problem-solving skills. You will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Profile recherché
To excel in this position, a strong educational foundation is paramount. The ideal candidate will hold at least a Master's degree or PhD. A specialization in Process/Industrial professions is highly preferred, demonstrating a practical understanding of equipment operations and maintenance principles.
We are seeking an individual with 1 to 3 years of experience in a relevant field. Hands-on experience with equipment maintenance and repair is crucial. Prior experience in the Other services sector would be an advantage but is not strictly required. We're looking for someone who can quickly adapt to new challenges and contribute effectively from day one.
