Job Title: Electrical/Electronics Engineer – Battery Management Systems

  • Position Overview:

We are seeking skilled Electrical/Electronics Engineers to join our team in developing the next-generation Battery Management Systems (BMS) for lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries in electric mobility and micro mobility applications. The ideal candidates will play a key role in designing, testing, and optimizing the electronic components and systems to ensure efficiency, safety, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and test electronic circuits for BMS, including protection, sensing, and control systems.
  • Develop schematics and layouts for PCB design, ensuring efficient and compact designs.
  • Work on integrating sensors and communication interfaces (e.g., CAN, SPI, I2C) for real-time data acquisition.
  • Collaborate with firmware and embedded systems teams to ensure hardware compatibility.
  • Conduct hardware testing, including fault diagnosis and performance optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations for battery systems.
  • Participate in prototyping and assist in transitioning designs to mass production.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience in circuit design, PCB layout, and electronics prototyping.
  • Proficiency in using design tools such as Altium Designer, KiCad, or Eagle.
  • Knowledge of power electronics, battery protection circuits, and thermal management.
  • Familiarity with communication protocols used in BMS, such as CAN or LIN.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working with lithium-ion or LFP battery systems.
  • Knowledge of functional safety standards such as ISO 26262 or IEC 61508.
  • Experience in hardware-software integration for embedded systems.
  • Familiarity with testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and analyzers.
