Join our team as a Data Product Manager in the Telecom sector! You will play a crucial role in developing and managing data products that drive innovation and growth within our company. Your expertise will directly impact our strategic decisions and market positioning, making this a key position within our organization.

In the role of Data Product Manager for Europe, your duties encompass crafting, evolving, and releasing data products along with features that improve efficiency in shipping and logistics, bringing value to our in-house customers within this region.

Collaboration is key, as you will join forces with interdisciplinary teams — such as engineering,design, support, operations, sales and more — to introduce data-driven solutions that address tangible problems, elevating operational efficacy and enhancing customer contentment.

Engaging in market analysis, soliciting user feedback, and examining data will be crucial in pinpointing challenges, prospects, and trends specific to the European shipping and logistics sector.

Your responsibilities include detailing and sequencing product imperatives, formulating user stories, alongside managing both the product backlog and strategic roadmap.

You'll work cooperatively to secure agreement and endorsement. Lastly, assessing the impact and success of data products and features falls under your purview, guiding future product choices and advancements through analytical insights.

Profile recherché

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bac +5 and above) in a relevant field.

The ideal candidate should have 5 to 10 years of experience in product management, specifically in the retail Sector.

Key skills and competencies for this role include:

  • The ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform product decisions
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of data science, databases, and data visualization tools. Snowflake, Clik and AI (GenAI).
  • Developing strategies that leverage data to meet business goals.
  • Designing data products with a focus on user experience and usability
  • Effectively communicating complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven product solutions.
  • Fluent English and French
