COBCO was established in 2023 through a joint venture between the Chinese group CNGR, a global leader in the production of materials for electric vehicle batteries, and the AL MADA group, one of the largest private investment funds in Africa.

The company is developing an industrial park in Jorf Lasfar dedicated to the manufacturing of battery components for electric vehicles. Covering over 200 hectares and involving an investment of 20 billion dirhams, this industrial park aims to produce 120,000 tons of NMC precursors, 60,000 tons of LFP components, and 30,000 tons of black mass annually.

COBCO's production will support the manufacturing of battery materials for over one million electric vehicles each year.

1. Responsible for establishing customer files, organizing customer specific CSR requirements, and communicating them internally within the company.

2. Organize a review of customer requirements, such as customer quality agreements and product specifications, and submit them to the customer in accordance with their format requirements.

3. Organize the transmission of information on customer invitation matters, and internally follow up and implement feedback.

4. Organize the transmission of customer complaint information, understand the background of customer complaints, and notify internal investigation, cause analysis, and improvement in the form of 5W2H, and follow up on the improvement effect.

5. Organize an internal review of customer complaints, audit the implementation of corrective and preventive measures, and conduct analysis and review.

6. Regularly collect customer data for analysis and comparison, and output benchmarking reports to relevant departments.

7. Collect internal and external requirements, organize and output meeting minutes for external meetings, and update the list of customer meeting minutes.

8. Change management promptly transmits information upon receiving internal and external input change requests, organizes all parties to complete the change items, and records the ledger

• Full time undergraduate degree or above

• Engaged in chemical or quality management work for more than 3 years or 2 years.
• Familiar with the production process of precursor positive electrode materials for lithium batteries; IATF16949/ISO9000 Quality System Professional Knowledge
• Proficient in the seven major QC techniques, 8D, FMEA, CP, APQP, PPAP, SPC and other management tools;
• Master the use of conventional office software/mintab;
• Familiar with the production process of ternary precursor positive electrode materials for lithium batteries.
