Poste

Support the contract manager in all contract related activities, including:

  • Monitor contracts execution against identified KPIs and provide regular reporting to the Contract Manager on deliverables, milestones, payment certificates, letters, reporting and progress status.
  • Collects and maintain up to date project logs follow up of project documents.
  • Assist the Contract Manager in drafting contractual letters.
  • Support for various reporting to Shareholders / Governmental authority and other stakeholders of the project.
  • Track the status of contracts and project documentation, including milestones, deliverables, revisions, approvals, and deadlines. Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and document management procedures.
  • Prepare regular reports on contract status, document control activities, key performance indicators, and other relevant metrics.

Document control:

  • Establish and maintain a systematic document control process to manage project documentation. This involves organizing, indexing, storing, and retrieving documents such as contracts, drawings, specifications, reports, correspondence, and other project-related records.
  • Serve as a point of contact for project-related documentation and communication.
  • Organize and classify documents using appropriate categorization and indexing methods.
  • Maintain electronic and physical document repositories, ensuring proper version control and security.
  • Monitor document workflows and ensure adherence to document control procedures.
  • Track document revisions, approvals, and distribution, maintaining accurate records of document history and status.
  • Manage access permissions and restrictions for sensitive or confidential documents.
  • Coordinate document distribution for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring proper transmission and receipt.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards.
Profile recherché

• Degree in Engineering (Master's or Bachelor's) with project experience preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in similar role, preferably in the industry or civil engineering sector.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately within specified deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent writing/communication skills in French and English
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
