Job Levels :

Position in family will impact accountabilities such that Associate levels may complete some tasks under guidance and may have responsibility for less complex tasks.


As the position moves toward senior level, incumbents will increasingly:

  • Work on activities with higher impact and/or complexity
  • Have more regular contact with senior or executive management
  • Complete tasks independently, without guidance
  • Initiate and lead projects, including cross functional projects

  • Involves the application of specialist knowledge which may include providing specialist advice to employees, management.
  • Managing or maintaining systems or processes or completing projects to develop or changing systems or processes as appropriate.


Job Responsibilities:

Their missions of Content Specialist are:

  • Content Specialist ensures that knowledge content/Update shared by the client is spread out and communicated to the relevant parties.
  • Content Specialist checks if knowledge is available in knowledge base, is updated, and proposes how should be documented with the appropriate way to simplify it to the agents.
  • Content Specialist creates content for unavailable knowledge.
  • Content Specialist analyses and conducts a diagnostic to understand the roadblocks for each process and proposes the improvement area.
  • Content Specialist uses QA analysis/insights, conducts monitoring or spot check to understand Knowledge bases opportunities, suggest and implement the improvement required.
  • Content Specialist can have interaction with Client knowledge base team.

  • May be required to perform other duties as assigned
